Our mission
'To provide all children and young people the opportunity to access school uniform and reduce clothing waste by working in partnership with the entire community’
Rubery Swop Shop first started providing free preloved school uniform to families in 2018, all from a home in Rubery. Orders were placed online and our volunteers delivered them to families.
In 2020, our shop in Rubery opened and families were able to access our services in person to collect uniform orders.
In 2022, we became a registered charity to help us to continue to develop.
Our service is run exclusively by volunteers.
